Why work with me?
I'm Jean Fenwick — a midlife coach, hypnotherapist, and NLP Master Practitioner based in Scotland, working with women worldwide online.
I've been in the thick of midlife myself. I know what it's like to feel like the ground has shifted and nobody told you it was going to. I bring 25 years of meditation practice, a background in neuroscience and ancient wisdom traditions, and the kind of straight-talking warmth you'd expect from a wise big sister who happens to have clinical tools.

What if I can't be hypnotised?
Almost everyone can be — if you've ever been so absorbed in a book or film that you lost track of time, you've already been there. The tiny minority who don't respond to hypnosis typically respond very well to the NLP and CBT elements of the programme. We'll explore what works best for you in your consultation.
Can I do this if I'm already on HRT?
Absolutely. HypnoMenopause® works beautifully alongside HRT — calming the nervous system in ways that hormones alone can't. It also works well as a standalone approach if HRT isn't your path. Either way, it's designed to fit around whatever else you're doing.
How quickly will I notice a difference?
Most women notice something shifting within the first two or three sessions — better sleep is usually first, then mood, then the physical symptoms start to settle. Every woman's experience is different, but lasting change typically builds over 4–6 sessions.
Is this available online?
Yes — all sessions are delivered online, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world. Women come to me from across the UK, Europe, and beyond. You just need a quiet space and a reasonable internet connection.
