Is this therapy?

It's not psychotherapy or counselling — it's coaching combined with evidence-based clinical tools including hypnotherapy, NLP, and nervous system regulation. If you're currently in crisis or working with a psychiatrist, we'd have a conversation first to make sure this is the right fit for where you are.

I've tried everything. Why would this be different?

Because most approaches work at the conscious level — and anxiety doesn't live there. The Still Point works directly with the subconscious patterns and nervous system responses that keep anxiety running. It's not that you didn't try hard enough. You were working at the wrong level.

What if I can't be hypnotised?

Almost everyone can be — if you've ever been absorbed in a book or film and lost track of time, you've already been there. And even if hypnosis isn't your strongest response, the NLP and nervous system tools work powerfully on their own. We'll find what works best for you.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Most women notice something shifting after the first session — often better sleep, a sense of more space between stimulus and response, or just feeling slightly less braced. The changes deepen over the four weeks. The audio suite keeps working for you between and after sessions.

Is this available online?

Yes — all sessions are online, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world. You just need a quiet, private space and a decent internet connection. The process works just as effectively online as in person.
