What is Time Line Therapy™?

Time Line Therapy™ is a clinically developed process that works directly with your subconscious mind. It helps you identify and release the deep-rooted negative emotions and limiting beliefs that were formed long before you had any say in the matter — often in the first seven years of life.

Unlike talking therapies, it doesn't ask you to relive painful events in detail. Instead it works at the level where those patterns actually live — beneath conscious thought — and gently releases them. What's left is the wisdom. The emotional charge is gone.

Why the past keeps showing up
in the present

Your brain doesn't store memories the way a filing cabinet stores documents. It stores them as emotional experiences — with physical sensations, beliefs, and meaning attached. When something in the present resembles something from the past, your nervous system responds to the past, not the present.

This is why you can know rationally that you're safe, loveable, capable — and still not feel it. The knowledge is in the conscious mind. The pattern is in the subconscious.

Time Line Therapy™ works with the emotional memory system directly — using your mind's own architecture to update the patterns at source. Neuroscience calls this memory reconsolidation. You can simply call it freedom.

The process

What actually happens
in a Time Line Therapy™ session

No couch. No re-traumatising. No years of talking. This is precise, purposeful, and often surprisingly quick.

We find the root

Working with your subconscious, we trace the emotion or belief back to its earliest origin — the moment it was formed. This is often in early childhood, and sometimes across generations. You don't need to know where it is. Your subconscious does.

We release the charge

Using your mind's own timeline — that internal record of your life experience — we gently release the negative emotion at the point it was created. You keep the memory and the learning. The emotional weight lifts. Often permanently.

We clear the belief

Once the emotion is released, the limiting belief that grew around it loses its grip. We work directly to dissolve it and install the new, empowering belief that actually reflects who you are now — and who you're becoming.

We imprint the future

We place new feelings — calm, confidence, self-trust, joy — into your timeline going forward. Your brain begins to create neural pathways for these states as your new normal, not something you have to consciously reach for.

Do I have to talk about what happened in detail?

No — and this is one of the things that makes Time Line Therapy™ different. We work with the emotional imprint, not the narrative. You don't need to describe, relive, or justify anything painful. The process is designed to be gentle even when the material is significant.

Is it safe if I've experienced trauma?

Yes. I'm a trauma-informed practitioner and I work at your pace, within your boundaries, throughout. Many of the women I work with come specifically because of past trauma — and find this approach reaches places that other therapies haven't been able to touch, safely.

How is this different from therapy or counselling?

Traditional therapy often focuses on understanding the past through talking. Time Line Therapy™ focuses on changing the emotional relationship to the past through working with the subconscious directly. Both have value — they're just working at different levels. This works at the level where the patterns actually live.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Many women notice significant shifts within the first two or three sessions — sometimes after just one. The changes often feel surprising in how quickly they come, and how permanent they seem. That said, everyone is different, and we'll always work at the right pace for you.

Can I do this online?

Yes — all sessions are online, so you can work with me from anywhere in the world. You just need a quiet, private space and a decent internet connection. The process works just as effectively online as in person.
