For years, I wore the same invisible armour so many women do: capable, composed, constantly “fine.”

I was climbing the corporate ladder, ticking the boxes, building a life that looked successful on the outside.

But beneath it all, I was exhausted. Running on autopilot.

Unsure of who I was when nobody needed anything from me.

Then menopause kicked in.

I hit burnout and shut down completely.

To recover, I had to get honest with myself about the way I’d been living and the map I’d been navigating by.

So I spent the next two decades creating a life that felt right and a map for my future that felt mine.

My philosophy

You don’t need to be fixed. You’re not broken. You’re between selves.

And that in-between, liminal place (uncomfortable as it is), is actually the most important ground you’ll ever stand on.

The Becoming Method

Everything I’ve learned - about the mind, the body, the subconscious, and the deeper wisdom that midlife asks us to reclaim - has grown into The Becoming Method.

It’s the culmination of decades of my own becoming, and the past six years of coaching hundreds of women.

It’s a living framework - a compass with four directions - that we navigate together, going where you need to go.

Understand  —  The mind. Neuroscience + NLP.

Unwind  —  The body. Somatics + nervous system.

Uncover  —  The subconscious. Hypnosis + deep reprogramming.

Unveil  —  The future self. Ancient wisdom + energy work.

The Women I Work With

My clients are high-achieving women in their 40s, 50’s and 60’s.

Smart, self-aware, accomplished on paper. And carrying the feeling that something (they can’t always name it), no longer fits.

They’re navigating menopause, empty nesting, grief, divorce, career crossroads, or that persistent inner voice that whispers: “there has to be more than this.”

Some arrive feeling confused, overwhelmed, like strangers in their own lives. They leave knowing exactly who they are, what they value, and what they’re here for next.

Not because I give them a map. But because together, we draw one that was entirely, unmistakably theirs.

My role is to lead you to clarity about what’s possible for your own life, clear any blocks that are stopping you, and help you find the motivation to make the changes a reality so you can be regret-free.

How I Got Here

I didn’t set out to become a coach. I set out to heal myself after burnout and breakdown.

I began with yoga and meditation over 25 years ago.

That led me to become a Reiki and EFT Practitioner.

I then trained as a Master NLP Practitioner and have since been certified in Mindset Coaching, Time Line Therapy™, Hypnotherapy, CBT, HypnoMenopause® and NeuroMood®.

I am a trauma-informed practitioner.

Each tool I use is rooted in science. And each has been forged first in my own experience.
Because I haven’t just studied these methods - I’ve applied them to my own life.

To calm my own mind.

To heal my wounds.

To find my own voice and purpose.

This isn’t surface-level coaching.

This is real transformation - for women ready to stop navigating by someone else’s map.
